On Thursday 2nd March 2017 The Coleshill School celebrated World Book Day. Staff dressed up as characters from their favourite books and there were some really interesting outfits!
The aim of World Book Day is to encourage children to explore the enjoyment of books and to encourage them to read.
Students take part in ERIC (Everyone Reading In Class) at Tutor Times. They bring in their favourite book to read and it is an opportunity to engage students in reading either on their own, with a partner or listening to others reading. The aim is to encourage students to read regularly every week.
